In view of the international armed conflict in Ukraine, the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica has decided to suspend the processing of all the applications from Russian and Belarusian nationals to the Citizenship by Investment Program.

The suspension applies to all new applications from people from these countries with immediate effect. The goal of the government of Dominica is to protect the Global Community and the integrity of its Citizenship by Investment Program, which is one of the most reputable and affordable CBI schemes in the eastern Caribbean region.

Through it, the Government of Dominica grants Dominica citizenship to contributors of other nationalities that invest in government-approved real estate with a minimum value of USD 200,000, or make a non-refundable donation of at least USD 100,000 to Dominica’s Economic Diversification Fund, a government fund created to support the country’s national development (this includes the funding of private and public projects to build and renovate hospitals, schools, sports stadiums, tourist facilities, etc.).
