Over the past number of years, the Montenegrin government has been successfully working on expanding its list of Visa-free countries. Since 2008, Montenegrin passport holders have Visa-free access to all Schengen Area countries. As countries are continually negotiating travel agreements, the visa-free countries list for Montenegro is evolving all the time. Albenia 90 days' stay permitted.
Andorra There is no visa requirement to travel to Andorra. However, since you must travel through the Schengen Area to reach Andorra, you must follow the Schengen visa regulations. If a Montenegrin passport holder wishes to stay for more than 90 day, a visitor's permit is required.
Armenia Maximum stay for holders of a Montenegrin passport who are travelling as a tourist is 120 days. 
Belarus Montenegrin citizens can stay for 30 days.
Bosnia and Herzegovina Montenegrin citizens are allowed to stay for 90 days within a 6-months period

Laos Apply online prior to travelling to stay for 30 days. The stay is extendable to 60 days. General entry points: Wattay International Airport and the First Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge Entry points Lalai, Lantui, Meuang mom, Pakxan, and Phoudou are open only to visa holders.
