Over the past number of years, the Montenegrin government has been successfully working on expanding its list of Visa-free countries.

Since 2008, Montenegrin passport holders have Visa-free access to all Schengen Area countries.

As countries are continually negotiating travel agreements, the visa-free countries list for Montenegro is evolving all the time. Keep an eye on this website for the most up-to-date information and the most current visa-free countries lists.

Albania 90 days' stay permitted.
Andorra There is no visa requirement to travel to Andorra. However, since you must travel through the Schengen Area to reach Andorra, you must follow the Schengen visa regulations. If a Montenegrin passport holder wishes to stay for more than 90 day, a visitor's permit is required.
Armenia Maximum stay for holders of a Montenegrin passport who are travelling as a tourist is 120 days. 
Belarus Montenegrin citizens can stay for 30 days.
Bosnia and Herzegovina Montenegrin citizens are allowed to stay for 90 days within a 6-months period

Laos Apply online prior to travelling to stay for 30 days. The stay is extendable to 60 days. General entry points: Wattay International Airport and the First Thai–Lao Friendship Bridge Entry points Lalai, Lantui, Meuang mom, Pakxan, and Phoudou are open only to visa holders.
Maldives Montenegrin citizens can stay for 30 days or more
Nepal Montenegrin passport holders can stay for 90 days. Visa on Arrival is available at Tribhuvan International Airport.
Singapore Montenegrin citizens are allowed to stay for 30 days
South Korea Electronic Travel Authorization required, available via online application. A 90 days long stay is granted upon arrival.
Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorisation required, available via online application, stays of 30-180 days are permitted. Apply online to avoid long queues at the airport.
