If you are shopping for a second passport, you may be aware of the unique economic citizenship opportunity presented by the Caribbean island of Dominica. Dominica citizenship—and all the exclusive Dominica citizenship benefits—are available to foreigners who invest in the island’s CBI program. The Dominica Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program provides participants with the opportunity to achieve lifetime citizenship via two main pathways. If eligible, foreigners can choose between initiating a cash donation to the Dominica Economic Diversification Fund or making pre-selected property and real estate investments in Dominica. Today’s blog will discuss these two Dominica CBI investment options for would-be Dominica citizens. In addition to answering commonly asked questions such as “Can foreigners buy property in Dominica?” It will also include a discussion of how Dominica benefits from CBI funding, allowing you insight into how your investment will positively contribute to the island’s economy and ongoing development.

Those who are cleared after being subject to due diligence will then submit the requisite payments for their citizenship application. Once that payment is processed, they will receive citizenship (and a passport) in Dominica.
